The Department of National Defence is seeking offers from Offerors to provide complete Janitorial Services, which include the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment's, transportation and supervision required for multiple buildings to the Department of National Defence in Dartmouth and Areas, N.S. The term of any resulting contract is for two (2) years, from October 01, 2024 to September 30, 2026 with an option to extend the contract by three (3) additional one-year period. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The visit will be held during the week of August 12, 2024 at 123 Bonaventure Street, Shearwater, Nova Scotia. To attend the site visit, Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 15:00pm on August 09, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot and let you know the exact date. This document contains a security requirement. A financial security will be required within fourteen (14) days after the date of contract award.
