Full Description

The Department of National Defence, CFB Halifax, NS is seeking offers from Offerors to provide complete janitorial services for multiple buildings for HMC Dockyard. The period of the contract is from July 01, 2024 to June 30, 2026 with an option to extend the contract by three (3) additional one-year period. It is optional, but strongly recommended that the Offeror or a representative of the Offeror attend the site visit. Arrangements have been made for the site visit to be held on April 19, 2024. To attend the site visit, Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than 14:00pm ADT on April 16, 2024 to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. The Contracting Authority will assign a specific time slot. Offerors who do not attend will not be given an alternative appointment but they will not be precluded from submitting an offer. This document contains a security requirement.
