Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC) on behalf of The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the installation, examination, calibration and testing of all Gas Alarm Annunciation Systems at Canadian Forces Base Comox, Lazo, BC. To satisfy this requirement, a three year Contract with Task authorizations (CTA) including irrevocable options to extend the CTA for two additional one year option periods, will be awarded to the bidder with the highest combination of technical and price (70/30) including a minimum point rated criteria of 28/43. This requirement contains security requirements. The requirement is subject to the provisions of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement (CFTA). The requirement is subject to a preference for Canadian services.
