Work under this standing offer shall comprise of all labour, materials, equipment and supervision required for the provision of asphalt and asphalt repairs for the Department of National Defence at the Canadian Forces base in Comox, Lazo, BC and HMCS Quadra Base in Comox, BC. The Work includes but not limited to: grading and rolling the existing base, replacing unsuitable sub base with compacted pit run, placing compacted crushed gravel 75mm thick, asphalt plan mix, grading of shoulders and placing gravel, placing asphalt by spreader, and removing existing deteriorated asphalt from DND property.
