Reissue of Solicitation of Offers.This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number W6889-230152dated 2023-06-16 with a closing of 2024-07-28 at 14:00. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation.
The Department of National Defence, Garrison Petawawa, Real Property Operations Unit Detachment (RPOU DET) requires a three (3) year Standing Offer to supply all supervision, labour, materials, tools, transportation and equipment necessary to perform Window Cleaning Services on “an as and when requested” basis to Real Property Operations (RP Ops) at Garrison Petawawa. Bidders must clearly demonstrate compliance with each mandatory technical criteria. Failure to demonstrate compliance will result in the offer being deemed non-responsive, and be given no further consideration. There is a Mandatory Site Visit with documents Bidders must submit for Security Clearance, ONE WEEK PRIOR TO THE SITE VISIT. The site visit will be held at 10:00 am EST At building S-111 room B-104 CFB Petawawa, Petawawa, ON, K8H 2X3on February 14th, 2024. ONLY BIDDERS THAT REGISTER AND ATTEND THE MANDATORY SITE VISIT WILL BE ALLOWED TO BID.
