All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EDT on May 3, 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of Department of National Defence, is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition for the requirements regarding the rental, of portable chemical toilets, and emptying of portable chemical toilets, wastewater collection tanks and wastewater holding tanks, including field kitchen and sink wastewater collection tank including delivery, installation, and maintenance located in St-Jean-sur-Richelieu and Farnham, as detailed in Annex A.
