AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by August 22, 2023 by 2:00 PM EDT. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Alberta has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to maintain and repair the process controllers and associated equipment in accordance with the Statement of Work, Annex A. Services are to be provided on an “as required" basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of three (3) years with two (2) consecutive one (1) year option periods. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details. Conditional reserved bidding under the Procurement Strategy for Indigenous Business. This is an open competition however, this solicitation may be reserved among Indigenous Businesses if two conditions are met. THIS DOCUMENT CONTAINS A SECURITY REQUIREMENT
