AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2024-07-05 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Mandatory Work Site Visit. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 4 Wing Cold Lake on June 10, 2024, beginning at 1:00PM MDT, in B40 All ranks Kitchen. Offerors must communicate with the STANDING OFFER AUTHORITY no later than 1 week prior to the site visit date to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. Work under this Contract comprises the supply of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation and supervision necessary to clean kitchen exhaust canopies inside and out, ductwork; exhaust fans, filters, associated canopy components and hoods. Clean ceilings, light fixtures, walls and windows around grill and hoods located at the Department of National Defence, 4 Wing Cold Lake, Cold Lake, AB.
