This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS4483380552 (Doc4517670760) dated April 4, 2024 with a closing of April 24, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the SAP Business Network posting response closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. Unless specified otherwise in the tender opportunity, all required supporting documentation and responses must be submitted by the response deadline time of 1400 ET . All responses submitted after 1400 ET will result in the submission being declared non-responsive. Work under this Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) must maintain and repair the Building Control Systems and sensors, on an as-and-when-required basis, in various buildings at 4 Wing RP Ops detachment Cold Lake, AB. The SOA will be issued for a term of 3 years. If the SOA is authorized for use beyond the initial period, the Offeror offers to extend its offer for 2 additional 1-year periods, under the same conditions and at the rates or prices specified in the SOA.
