This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS4378552256 (Doc4527455274) dated May 1, 2024 with a closing of May 15, 2024 at 14:00 EDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by June 28, 2024 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Work under this Standing Offer (SO) includes the provision of skilled licensed labour, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision and materials as requested by National Defence (DND) in the form of call-ups for inspections, repairs and maintenance of toxic gas monitoring systems for Real Property Operations Group (West) (RPOps(W)) – Det Shilo, Shilo, Manitoba. Inspections are to be provided as per frequency indicated in Annex ‘A’ and repairs and maintenance are to be provided on an “as and when required basis” in accordance with specification attached. The future Commitment of Services, accompanied with scopes of work and/or work orders will further describe and detail the required work to be completed. There are security requirements associated with this Standing Offer.
