All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by November 21, 2022 by 2:00PM MDT. All bids submitted after 2:00PM MST will result in the bid being declared nonresponsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number WS#3559651424 (Doc3559672539), dated 2022-09-09 with a closing of 2022-09-27 at 14:00 Mountain Daylight Time (MDT). A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. Fencing Maintenance Standing Offer . The Department of National Defence ( DND), has a requirement for the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision necessary for inspection services, repairs, maintenance, upgrades, and new installation of chain link and wooden fences, on an ‘as required’ requested basis at multiple CFB Suffield sites including BATUS, various infrastructures at the village of Ralston, Alberta, utility and natural gas field locations, and other DND occupied facilities in Southern Alberta. The Standing Offer will be issued for a term of three(3) years with two(2) irrevocable one-year option years. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer.
