AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by December 5, 2023 by 2:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 2:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. The Department of National Defence, CFB Suffield, Alberta has a requirement for a Regional Individual Standing Offer for the supply, delivery and off-loading of natural gas regulators as detailed herein. The regulators are required by the Department of National Defence, Real Property Operations Unit (West) Canadian Forces Base Suffield, Ralston, Alberta on an ‘as and when’ required basis. It is anticipated that only 1 firm will be issued a standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a term of one (1) year with two (2) consecutive one (1) year option periods. This procurement contains MANDATORY requirements. See Part 4 and 5 of the RFSO for details.
