All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 2023-12-05 at 12:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 12:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Work under this Standing Offer covers the supply of all labour, material, tools, equipment, travel, and expertise required to provide minor repairs and maintenance in general trades as specified in the Basis of Payment for the following DND (Department of National Defence) work sites : .1Vimy Ridge Armoury – 337 Stubb Ross Rd, Lethbridge .2Patterson Armoury - 120 Cuyler Road, Medicine Hat .3Kipp Range – 10 km NW of Lethbridge on Hwy 509. Services are to be provided on an “as requested basis”. It is anticipated that one (1) firm will be issued the standing offer. The standing offer will be issued for a period of three (3) years with two(2) additional 1-year option years.
