AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and CanadaBuys posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by 10 November 2023 at 2:00pm EST. All bids submitted after 2:00pm EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. Summary: The Department of National Defence, 402 Squadron Winnipeg, has a requirement for the provision of technical publications services for ongoing maintenance support of CT-142 Dash-8 aircraft. The period of the resulting contract will be one year from the date of award, with the option to extend by an additional three (3), one (1) year option periods. The bid solicitation requires bidders to use the Electronic Procurement Solution (“SAP Ariba”) to transmit their bid electronically, with the exception of the hardcopy bid component(s). Bidders must refer to the Request for Proposal for further information. The requirement is subject to security requirements, the Controlled Goods Program requirements and intellectual property requirements.
