The bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number Doc3800920934 dated January 9, 2023 with a closing of February 6, 2023 at 2:00 pm. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders who bid on the previous solicitation.All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on 14 September 2023. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. PWGSC, on behalf of the Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) is issuing this REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL (RFP) for the acquisition of R&D services in the development of detectors having a large dynamic range and operates in photon counting mode for application in spectral LIDAR located in (Valcartier, Québec, Canada, as detailed in Annex A.
