All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted at the latest by 2 PM EST on January 23, 2024. All bids submitted after 2 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non responsive. Public Works and Government Services Canada (PWGSC), on behalf of Defence Research and Development Canada (DRDC) – Valcartier Research Center, is issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) for the provision of professional services in support of the characterization of the performance of electro-optical systems covering spectral bands from ultraviolet (UV) to infrared (IR) including image intensification systems (I2), as detailed in Annex A.
