AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by May 14, 2026 at 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after 14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8160-255023 dated November 7, 2025 with a closing of December 1, 2025 at 2:00PM EST. The Canadian Forces College (CFC) has a requirement for the removal of existing shelving, including embedded lighting, packing and reshelving of materials contained on current shelving, and the supply, delivery, assembly and installation of new shelving system with embedded lighting in Burns Hall. Mandatory Work Site Visit. The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 215 Yonge Blvd on May 7, 2026, beginning at 11:00 EDT, in Toronto, Ontario. Offerors must communicate with the Contracting Authority no later than May 5, 2026 at 1400 EDT to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives.
