AMENDMENT TO CLOSING TIME: Please disregard the Ariba Discovery posting response deadline closing time and Buyandsell posting closing time. All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted on 2023-06-14 by 14:00 EDT. All bids submitted after14:00 EDT will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. This bid solicitation cancels and supersedes previous bid solicitation number W8475-215475/A dated 2022-05-12 with a closing of 2022-10-27 at 14:00 MDT. A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to bidders/offerors/suppliers who bid on the previous solicitation. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for the upgrade of the communications, navigation, surveillance and air traffic management avionics as well as the replacement of the radar systems in it fleet of 4 CT142 Dash 8 aircraft. The requirement includes the supply and installation of the required goods at the successful bidders facility as well as on-site training at the DND facility located at Winnipeg, Manitoba. The anticipated completion date of the contract is 2024-09-30.
