All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by January 22, 2024 at 14:00 PM EST. All bids submitted after 14:00 PM EST will result in the bid being declared non-responsive. RCAF DRMIS Aircraft Maintenance Informatics Professional Services Conditional Set-Aside for Indigenous Business This procurement is subject to a preference for Indigenous businesses. This bid solicitation is being issued to satisfy the requirement of the Department of National Defence (the "Client") for Task-Based Informatics Professional Services (TBIPS) under the TBIPS Supply Arrangement (SA) method of supply. This requirement is for the provision of Informatics professional services to RCAF DRMIS Aircraft Maintenance. It is intended to result in the award of up to 1 contracts in each of 2 Workstreams, with each contract purchasing Work from only one Workstream. Each contract will be for 3 years plus 2 one-year irrevocable options allowing Canada to extend the term of the contract.
