Full Description

The Department of National Defence’s Directorate Soldier Systems Program Management (DSSPM) has a requirement for the procurement of Extreme Cold Sleeping Bag (ECSB) for the Army. The detailed “Requirement” can be found under the Annex A of the resulting contract clauses.The Department of National Defence is anticipating to purchase following quantities (estimated only, must not be interpreted as a guarantee of actual usage): Firm Quantities: between 500 and up to 1000 unitsOption quantities: between 2000 and 9000 units that could be ordered within 84 months from contract award date.“As and When requested” Special Sizes: up to 20 units To be delivered in Montreal, QC and Edmonton, AB The requirement also includes as and when requested Technical Investigations and Engineering (TIES) and Configuration Management Services. The requirement is conditionally limited to Canadian goods.
