CLOSING RESPONSE DATE: PRE-SOLICITATION CLOSE DATE OF 18 AUGUST 2026; ESTIMATED SOLICITATION CLOSING DATE OF 18 SEPTEMBER 2026. DESCRIPTION: The contractor shall furnish all tools, equipment, materials, labor, and supervision necessary to repair utilities and perform upgrades at Stillhouse Hollow Lake.
