This is a pre-solicitation notice of a sole source name brand justification for the purchase of a GSA approved IPS Container for classified storage for the Western Area Defense Sector at Joint Base Lewis McChord, WA. The name brand sole source is base upon the size requirement specified by the customer and container requirements for the system to be stored.  Search results of the market only produced a single manufactuerer of a GSA approved Class 5 IPS Security Container with the required dimensions 13”H x 21.5”W x 36”D* requested by the customer. No other manufacturer's products that meet or are close enough for consideration to those dimensions for use were found outside of Trusted Systems Inc's model TSM131WD-SC.  Full list of items to be procured include:
