This new contract action is an individual sole source justification in accordance with RFO 12.102. This is an acquisition of Intrusion Deterrent System.



This procurement will be a firm-fixed-price (FFP) award.
Please see the Justification and Approval document attached to this posting for additional details. This is not a request for competitive proposals and no solicitation is available at this time. 



All responses to WallHound-Pro Detection and SentryHound-Pro Folding Detection may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation which shall be considered by the agency. Interested sources must respond in writing with clear and convincing evidence to support their ability to provide the required supplies/services by 20 October 2026 12:00PM EDT. A determination by the Government not to compete this action based on responses received is solely within the discretion of the Government.



Lt Col Ionio Q. Andrus has been appointed as Ombudsman to hear concerns from offerors, or potential offerors, during the proposal development.
