Sealed bids will be received by the Walton County Board of Commissioners, 111 South Broad Street, Monroe, GA 30655 (Historic Courthouse) no later than 10:00 AM, Tuesday, January 14, 2025 by mail or hand delivery for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment, and any other miscellaneous items necessary for the Walton County Public Safety Complex Access Road, RFB 2024-14. Electronic copies of Contract Documents, Specifications, and Construction Drawings may be obtained from Precision Planning, Inc. upon request being sent to Natalie Pifer, contact@example.gov.
A bid bond or a certified cashier's check in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid to be enclosed with the bid at the time of bid opening. Cashier's check will be made payable to the Walton County Board of Commissioners.
