The Town of Warren seeks bids from qualified contractors for the construction of a well for the new community garden located at the corner of Schoolhouse Rd/Kinnicutt Ave (Map 20, Lot 5). The Town is looking to drill a well to provide water for irrigation to the garden. The vendor will provide all services and materials necessary for a functional, efficient, compliant system that meets all applicable standards and requirements.
The Town of Warren hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that disadvantaged business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids in response to this invitation and will not be discriminated against on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex in consideration for an award in any contract entered pursuant to this advertisement.
