The Department of the Air Force, 78th Civil Engineer Group at Robins Air Force Base, Georgia, is seeking industry solutions to restore, modernize, and sustain critical airfield infrastructure. This requirement is being executed as an Area of Interest under the Robins Agile Practices for Infrastructure Development (RAPID) umbrella framework using a Build-Only approach via an Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2808a. The project scope focuses on addressing deteriorated pavement, runway-overrun, taxiway, and drainage systems to ensure safe and mission-ready aircraft operations. Specific project areas include Runway 3901 pavement and shoulders, the south runway overrun and associated contingency work, Taxiway C (Facility 3931), and drainage and storm-drain disposal at Facility 8700.
