Washer Disinfector

THIS IS A REQUEST FOR QUOTE (RFQ). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. The 30th Contracting Squadron is seeking commercial sources with the technical expertise to provide and to install a Washer/Disinfector to the 30th Medical Group (30 MDG) at Vandenberg Air Force Base (VAFB), California IAW the attached specifications. Requirements are provided in Attachment 1, Statement of Work. For all "or equal" items, the vendor must provide sufficient data and specification sheets to validate the requirements. This contract will be Firm Fixed Price. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. For purposes of evaluation, an offeror's total price will be the amount stated as "TOTAL QUOTED PRICE" in Attachment 2 RFQ Template. Failure to provide exact or "equal" products called for in Attachment 2, will render the offer technically unacceptable, unresponsive and not eligible for award. Standard of technical acceptance shall be products listed, "or Equal" with specification sheets submitted to validate equality. The associated North American Industrial Classification Standard (NAICS) is 339112 Surgical and Medical Instrument Manufacturing, size standard 1000.
