Pursuant to the State Purchasing Act (Official Code of Georgia Annotated §§50-5-50 et seq.), this electronic Request for Quotes ("eRFQ") is being issued to establish a contract with one or more qualified suppliers who will provide Waste Management Services to the Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (hereinafter, "the State Entity") as further described in this eRFQ. 
The contractor shall provide routine solid waste collection and disposal services for the following containers: Container Size: 8-yard container, 6-yard container, 4-yard container, 30-yard roll-off container Quantity: 4 (8 yd), 1 (6 yd), 2 (4 yd), 1 (30 yd roll-off) Frequency: 8-yard, 6-yard, and 4-yard twice per week; 30-yard roll-off twice per month Location/Use: 8-yard located in designated high-volume buildings. 4-yard located in designated medium-volume areas, 6-yard located in low-volume facilities, and 30- yard located in maintenance/warehouse facility.
Container Requirements 1. The contractor shall supply, install, and maintain all containers. 2. Containers shall be leakproof, rust-resistant, and equipped with tight-fitting lids to prevent littering, animal access, and odor. 3. All containers must be clearly labeled with the vendor¿s company name and customer service contact number. 4.
