SOURCES SOUGHT. THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT ANNOUNCEMENT ONLY - Solicitations are not available at this time. Request for a solicitation will not receive a response. This notice does not constitute a commitment by the Government. The Federal Bureau of Prisons has a future requirement for continuation of Wastewater Services for approximately 91,000,000 gallons of wastewater annually at the Federal Correctional Institution located in Bastrop, Texas. The facility houses approximately 1400 inmates, and other generic institutional elements. The North American Industry Classification System Code (NAICS) is 221320. The contractor will provide wastewater services and any associated transportation services. The contractor will be responsible for providing and coordinating all services required to deliver wastewater services to the designated service point. Any resultant contract will have a performance period of a minimum of one year and maximum of ten years duration. The anticipated contract is a ten-year, firm-fixed-price with economic adjustments.
