This is a SYNOPSIS OF CONTRACT AWARD. This synopsis is to announce award of contract in accordance with FAR 5.3. No quotes are being requested or accepted with this synopsis. THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION FOR QUOTES AND NO CONTRACT SHALL BE AWARDED FROM THIS SYNOPSIS. NAVSUP FLC Norfolk, Philadelphia Office located at 700 Robbins Ave, Philadelphia, PA 19111, awarded contract number N0018926PB047 to Colloid Environmental Technologies Company LLC (CETCO), of New York, NY in the total FFP amount of $137,043.53 on 1 September 2026. The award, to provide the Naval Ophthalmic Readiness Activity (NORA) Detachment Yorktown Wastewater Treatment System, who supports the Optical Fabrication Lab, a new wastewater treatment system has been awarded as a result of a sole source solicitation in accordance with FAR 12.
