The City of Huron, KS (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project:
Wastewater Treatment Facility (WWTF) Improvements 25-1213

Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at City of Huron City Shop located at 207 Main Street in Huron, KS 66041 until 10/29/2026 at 2:00 pm local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.

The Project includes the following Work:
Desludging the two cell Wastewater Treatment Lagoon Facility. Installation of new control structures, new piping and new discharge structures. Installation of new woven wire WWTF perimeter fencing. Lagoon side slope re-shaping and rip rap slope protection rock installation.
A pre-bid conference for the Project will not be held for this project. For all further requirements regarding bid submittal, qualifications, procedures, and contract award, refer to the Instructions to Bidders that are included in the Bidding Documents.

The project is fully funded by the Kansas Water Office (KWO) and requires the contractor to comply with the Kansas Act Against Discrimination Contract Provisions Form included in the bidding documents.


The Owner reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any irregularities therein.
