Full Description

The City of Fort Lauderdale, Florida (City) is seeking bids from qualified, experienced, and licensed firm(s), hereinafter referred to as the Contractor or Bidder to provide water extraction and remediation services for the City, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). Bidder must pay attention to the unit of measure and description for each line. Bidder must bid on all lines; partial bids will not be accepted. Bidder shall quote a firm, fixed price for all services stated in the ITB. All costs including travel shall be included in your cost. The City shall not accept any additional costs. The initial contract term shall commence upon date of award by the City and shall expire three (3) years from that date. The City reserves the right to extend the contract for two (2), additional one- year terms, providing all terms conditions and specifications remain the same, both parties agree to the extension, and such extension is approved by the City. Prices offered shall be firm and fixed price for the initial contract term of three (3) years. Unit prices for labor shall apply to regular working hours from 7:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. After-hour labor rates shall apply to work performed outside of regular working hours, weekends and federal holidays, unless stated otherwise in the unit price description.
