Please indicate if your company is willing and capable to provide and install a Water Jet Machine required at Ellsworth AFB, SD in accordance with the Salient Characteristics and attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).

SALIENT CHARACTERISTICS
- System must be new
- Power requirement: 110v to 440-480VAC 3 phase 60 Hz
- Cantilever-style X-Y-Z Axis Water Jet Machining Center
- Controller will be WIN10 64 Bit operating system. Previous Windows versions violate DoD security directives and will not be allowed.

- Rapid water level control with minimum 3” water level adjustment for quiet/clean submerged cutting (below 80 dBA)
- Minimum 600lb Bulk Abrasive Delivery System that transports garnet from the assembly's large hopper into the Hopper located on the Z-Axis
- Rigid scissor-style hard plumbing containing high-pressure components. No WIPs will be allowed.
- Programmable solids removal system providing control over abrasive evacuation rate, reverse flow agitation schedule, and duration to efficiently remove garnet from the abrasive waterjet catcher tank.
- Laser Locating Device to provide a rough visual reference of where jet stream will begin cutting by locating material features without special software.
- Compact video camera to precisely locate points, edges, or holes on a piece of material placed on the cutting table including integrated controller software interface to view the live video feed on the control and apply alignment tools to measure and locate features.
- Ethernet capability
- Provide Initial 2200 lbs. of garnet abrasive
- 12 seats of standalone controller software to be set up on facility training/programming PC’s.
- Machine start-up to include assembling any components, leveling machine, and initial operational
- 4 days of onsite training for up to 5 students that includes programming, operation, maintenance, and 1st pump rebuild.
