The purpose of this modification is to:


1. Incorporate 52.237-1 Site Visits (Apr 1984)


Site visits will be held 08/18/2026 at 10:00 only. At that time, the Facility Point of Contact will be reached and will meet with the contractor at the entrance to the facility. The Facility Point of Contact will escort the contractor to the installation location.
 


This solicitation is for a new 5‑year, firm‑fixed‑price contract for quarterly, biannual, and annual preventive maintenance of the Water Purification System at USDA’s National Center for Applied Plant Protection in Laurel, MD. The base period is 12 months with four 12‑month option periods. The contractor must provide all materials and services required in the Statement of Work.


Questions are due via email to Latisha.a.Hollman@usda.gov no later than 12:00 PM on 08/14/2026.
