Purchase Order No. R16PX00427 is expected to be a sole source award to Envirosource Corp. Green Analystical Laboratories as they are the only provider within a distance from the collection sites that will allow for the mandated turnaround times for tests. The Bureau of Reclamation, Western Colorado Area Office, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract for contractor service to analyze water samples for WCAO and FCCO. The 2000 FSEIS requires Reclamation to develop and implement a water quality monitoring program in the Animas River from the pumping plant to the confluence with the San Juan River and to sample trace element levels in the water column, sediment, and fish in Lake Nighthorse.
