Bids received after the deadline will not be considered. Immediately following the deadline, bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The work consists of furnishing all materials and equipment and performing all labor necessary for the construction of WRF - 2026 Phase 1 (0.25 mgd) Package Plant. This includes new process structures, mechanical bar screens, package plant system, disc filters, UV disinfection, sludge dewatering, plant return PS, effluent PS, control building, electrical and control systems, well house, along with all related appurtenances. Bid Documents may be examined at the following locations: City of Arcade, 3325 Athens Highway, Jefferson, GA 30549 (Owner) and PeoplesQuigley | DCCM, 6059 Boylston Drive NE, Atlanta, GA 30328 (Engineer).
