WATER SAMPLING TEST

The solicitation calls for the procurement of 10 packages of water sampling test reagent for coliform detection, identified by NSN 6630-01-357-5910, with each package containing 20 plastic snap-pack units with perforations. The reagent must have a shelf life of 12 months, and no more than two months may have passed from the date of manufacture to the date of delivery to the government. Packaging must comply with commercial standards as specified in the procurement document, with each unit sealed in a container that protects against damage or breakage, and all units grouped in suitable commercial shipping containers for safe, cost-effective delivery to the designated point of performance in APO, 09227-0000. All labeling must include the NSN, manufacturer name and CAGE code, date of manufacture, expiration or retest date, contract number, and lot number. Marking requirements follow Medical Marking Standard No. 1, which supersedes MIL-STD-129, and copies of this standard are available through DLA Troop Support. Bidders must clearly specify the source and part number being offered. The contract is governed by DLA Packaging Requirements and Technical/Quality Requirements referenced in the DLA Master List, with revisions effective as of the solicitation issue date. Delivery is required within 88 days of award, and responses are due by May 14, 2026, under solicitation SPE2DH-26-T-3724, issued by the Department of Defense’s Medical Supply Chain FSH.
