The contractor will remove the tower, its four-leg support structure, and all associated appurtenances. Because the tower coatings contain hexavalent chromium and lead-based paint, all work must comply with applicable OSHA and hazardous-material handling requirements. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. MT on Wednesday, July 29, 2026, starting at the Wyoming Retirement Center, 890 US HWY 20 S, Basin, WY, 82410.
