Bid #TBD: The project requires a qualified firm to provide annual preventive maintenance (PM) and calibration services for Hach water quality instruments at the Anaheim Public Utilities' Lenain Water Treatment Plant and associated laboratory facilities. The scope includes all parts, labor, and travel for on-site PM and calibration visits, full-service maintenance and repair for a DR6000 Spectrophotometer (equivalent to Hach's BenchPlus care package), unlimited technical support, and free firmware/software updates. The contractor must deliver complete calibration reports and certifications after each service visit and provide emergency on-site response within one calendar day. Subcontracting is not permitted.
