The Defense Health Agency Contracting Activity – Healthcare Contracting Division - South intends to award a sole-source contract for SIR-Spheres Y-90 for the Department of Nuclear Medicine at William Beaumont Army Medical Center (WBAMC), Fort Bliss, TX to Sirtex Medical, Inc. (Cage Code: 45EE6) located at 300 Unicorn Park Drive FL 2, Woburn, MA 01801-3363 under the authority of FAR Part 6.103-1(b), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
