This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b) this is a sole source requirement. The FDA Library requires enterprise wide online web access to selected reference modules, ebooks, and journals with unlimited searching based on IP authentication. In addition the FDA requires the renewal to various 2019 ebook collections, 2019 Biomedical Reference module and the selection of various single titles requested by FDA customers. These resources are highly valued and used by FDA researchers in support of the Agency's mission. The solicitation number is FDA-19-RFQ-1214796. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2019-05 dated August 13, 2019.
