The Department of Housing and Urban Development, Community Service and Housing Support Divisions NPR, intends to award a sole source contract under the authority of FAR 6.302-1, only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, to Moody's Analytic's Inc., 7 World Trade Center, 250 Greenwich Street, New York, NY 10007. Moody's Analytic's will provide to HUD an unlimited subscription service to Moody's Analytics Health-Hospital Research browser based software. This action will result in a Firm Fixed price contract with a twelve (12) month base, plus four (4), twelve (12) month option periods. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract is not a request for competitive proposals. There will be no RFQ available for competitive quotes. Phone calls will not be accepted.
