Subject: WEB TA GAP ANLYSIS AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES This Request for Proposal (RFP) is issued for the purpose of providing continued follow-on Web TA services. The Department of Commerce (DOC), Office of Human Resources Management (OHRM), seeks to award a contract for annual operations and maintenance (O&M) of the current Web TA 3.8 and the Labor Management Module. The Department of Commerce, Office of the Secretary, intends to negotiate a Firm-Fixed Price delivery order from Immix Technology, Inc. The procurement's performance period will be for one year beginning September 15, 2013 through September 14, 2014. Immix Technology, Inc. is currently providing services for the initial requirement and has the necessary knowledge, experience and information on hand required for successful completion of the follow-on services. Furthermore, Immix Technology is the only authorized reseller of Kronos. The authority for this acquisition is FAR 8.405-6(b). (1) National Stock Number - N/A (2) Specification / Qualification - See attached statement of requirement for services. Utilizing the initial contractor will ensure continued development and production with the specialized services; avoiding delays and duplication of cost to the Government that is not expected to be recovered through competition.
