The solicitation will consist of one NSN: Line Item 0001: NSN 3820-01-618-2479 Well Completion Kit This item is proprietary to Laibe Corporation (Cage Code: 4N8X6) (Part Number D401321). Adequate data for the evaluation of alternate offers is not available at the procurement agency. The offeror must provide a complete data package including data for the approved and alternate part for evaluation. The solicitation issue date will be on or around 9/16/2021, and the closing date will be on or around 10/16/2021. The solicitation will be unrestricted, utilizing other than full and open competition for a definite quantity type contract and does not authorize delivery of any material. The government plans to award a Fixed Price Definite Quantity Contract for a quantity of 6 each. Only FOB Origin pricing will be acceptable.
