CST. No Bids will be considered unless submitted on the official Bid Form at www.questcdn.com. The City of Fitchburg reserves the right to reject any or all Bids, to waive any informalities in Bidding, and  to  award  the  Contract  in  the  best  interests  of  the  City.  No  Bid  shall  be  withdrawn  for  a period of 60 days after the actual time of opening Bids.
