The Conyers City Council is soliciting sealed bids to furnish all labor, materials and equipment for 0.9405 mile of asphaltic concrete resurfacing, construction of concrete medians, drainage system, pavement markings, and other related construction details in the City of Conyers. Bids will be accepted until the bid opening date and time on Wednesday, October 14, 2026, at 3:00 p.m. EST at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O¿Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, September 28, 2026 at 10:00 a.m. EST. located at the City of Conyers (Public Meeting Room) located at 901 O¿Kelly Street, Conyers, Georgia 30012. Submit questions and/or requests for clarifications regarding this bid no later than Thursday, October 8, 2026 by 5:00 p.m. EST. Written responses will be issued in an addendum. All bidders shall be prequalified and all subcontractors shall be registered with the Georgia Department of Transportation. A 5% Bid Bond will be required. Prior to contract execution, a Payment and Performance Bond in the amount of 100% of the Contract will be required from the awarded bidder.
