Full Description

The work includes the removal an existing swing door and security gate and the installation of two new security gates. The House of Commons (HoC) will be procuring the two new security gates. The new security gates are to be operational by September 16 2024. Some HVAC work to address temperature concerns in the lobby are identified as “optional services”. This is a Request for Proposal only for Holders of Supply Arrangement (SA) EP938-232165. Select General Contractor SA holders have been invited to participate per the terms and conditions set out in the SA. If other bidders are interested in submitting a proposal they will have to qualify for the Supply Arrangement before they are given an opportunity to bid on this requirement.
