West Coast Cylinders

The West Coast Cylinders project, identified as SPR25-00004, involves the construction and operation of a 5,000 square foot fabrication facility on a 1.8 gross acre site in Hesperia, California. The development will occupy 40 percent of the site, featuring 4,558 square feet of fabrication space, 442 square feet of office space, an outdoor storage yard to the east, and 11,364 square feet of landscaping. Site access is provided via a driveway on the south side of E Avenue, with 11 parking spaces including one ADA stall. The project is managed by the City of Hesperia and is subject to a Mitigated Negative Declaration under the California Environmental Quality Act. Technical requirements for the project include strict adherence to City of Hesperia Municipal Code Section 16.20.125, limiting noise to 70 dBA. Environmental compliance mandates the use of a Stormwater Pollution Prevention Plan and the acquisition of a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System permit prior to construction.
