Based on the project phasing and scopes developed, geotechnical services may be provided under various project names and numbers. Proposed projects include the construction of a new hospital and central plant, the construction of a new parking structure, and the renovation of the existing Emergency Department and Intensive Care Unit building, a 2-story, 40,000 SF addition to the existing hospital constructed in 2012. Site circulation and utility improvements are also planned for the project. The hospital and parking structure will be constructed using the Progressive Design-Build (PDB) and Design-Build (DB) delivery methods, respectively.
