The State Water Resources Control Board (State Water Board) is funding the Project referred to internally as Western Trunk Line Project Phase 1. The Project includes the abandonment of approximately 1,660 feet of existing riveted steel main, the installation of approximately 8,450 feet of new 54-inch earthquake resistant ductile iron pipe and welded steel, and the replacement and installation of approximately 1,735 feet of varying smaller diameter mainlines to tie into the existing distribution system. The Project is identified as Phase 1 and is part of a larger, multiphase project, which is being carried out in three stages: Phase 1, Phase 2A and Phase 2B. All of the project phases are evaluated in the same Mitigated Negative Declaration (MND) titled Western Trunk Line Project. PROJECT NUMBER: 1910067-064C
